    Proper way to report a bug.

    Please be specific and be verbose. Include a description of the problem, steps to reproduce, the expected behavior, and what actually happens due to the bug.

    Wrong way: My player doesn't work, please fix.

    Right way: My username is ******
    My Player won't play beats. I am using a Mac with Safari. Here are some screenshots

    We update the system for performance improvements all the time, sometimes the issue you are seeing is old files sitting on your machine.

    1. Clear your browser cache Learn How
    2. Refresh Browser

    In that order.

    We have encountered several instances with producers when we used Teamviewer and all we did was clear cache and refreshed browser to fix the issue. This method may not fix your specific problem, but it's worth a shot.
