I understand your frustrations @DEVIZE. I've been with them since 2012/2013 and they have always had top notch service and would correct any issues within a timely manner. But over the past year or so it seems like they are slipping. I really don't want to see them decline after all the great work they have done. It appears that the problems being experienced aren't isolated and are issues within the beat store itself. @Soundgine would love for you guys to weigh in on this and let us know what's going on. Hey guys sorry about the delays in responses. The problem is actually temp but I know it's causing frustration and should be fixed today or at least in 48 hours. Hydra needs to be recoded to read track duration from Amazon cloud, we just migrated.
We have @Codemaker working on it as we speak.
