Customers aren't receiving beats

    Hey so I'm constantly getting emails from customers saying that they aren't receiving their beats, and I then have to send beats to them manually. I sent an email about this around a week ago and haven't heard a response yet. Was wondering if I could get some assistance with this issue? It just started happening when I started using google drive links

    Odd, please send email to technical@soundgine.com with all the details you can provide. I did try to find last weeks email but didn't see it. CC admin@soundgine.com as well

    '@highflown' I tested the purchase process on your account twice, and everything worked fine. If your customers still have issue downloading beats, please ask them to provide details and (if possible) screenshots etc.
