New update: Verify customer download history
You now have easy access to your customers download information including
1. What was downloaded
2. How many downloads remain
You can access this by going to:
Membership > Members
and clicking on "Access Account" for any particular customer
The reason we did this is to verify claims from customers. Customers may try to get free products by saying various things but now you have a full accounting of their actions.
'@sontwisted' Yes, this applies to only the subscription service. We had an instance where a customer claimed he downloaded beats but the store owner could not confirm, you can now.
another suggestion if we could add the ability for subscribers to pay for months in advanced like 3 months paid upfront etc
We'll look into that, I'm sure Paypal & Stripe has an API for that.
Hi there' @Soundgine'' @Jarvis' i just received notification from PayPal about new recurring payment (subscription plan BASIC) but i can't see that member in my members list.. also didn't received notification from Soundgine, any help ?
One more thing.. when i click on access account from any of my members i'm able to see only numbers of remaining downloads but can't see what was downloaded (i'm sending screenshot in attachment below)
'@Jarvis' I just figure it out, i looked at my PayPal paymant history.. it was different username and email, he already signed up month before and this was regular paymant, i noticed that when i received notification from Soundgine 40 min after PayPal.. so everything is ok now, thank you !
